International orders can only be tracked through the My Account section. Tracking details will also be shared with the customer.

International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

4. General Terms & Conditions for Shipping

  • To ensure that no disputes arise due to missed deliveries, kindly make sure that someone is available to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted.
  • No deliveries are made on weekends in the US, where they have a 5-day working culture.
  • Courier companies may also observe holidays during festivals, which may affect delivery timelines.
  • Deliveries are generally made during the normal working hours of courier companies. Working hours and delivery schedules may vary between India and the US.
